Cedars Client Cancellation Policy

 

We request all our clients to notify us as soon as possible in case of cancellations. We adhere to a strict no show and cancellation policy.

We understand that some events are unavoidable and may require you to cancel your appointment. In such event you must notify us within 24 hours. Failure to do so will incur a 50% cost of the treatment booked.

In order to limit no shows, we may also request full payment or deposit prior to bookings.
