Salon Etiquette and Helpful Hints

• Please give 24 hours notice of cancellation or a 10% charge will be made
• A 10% charge will also be made for non arrivals
• Cedars will not issue refunds for any courses paid in advance
• For reasons of hygiene, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges on opened products or makeup
• Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to start your relaxation as regretfully late arrival may result in reduced treatment time.
• Any treatment times given are approximate allowing time for you to prepare before hand and check out at reception
• Patch test are required for tinting, perming, myscara and lashes, please call in 48 hours prior to your treatment
• Patch test are recommended for St.Tropez if you have not use self tan before
